Breeze

Refund policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

Paid features

Some Breeze features are, or will be, part of a paid plan or one-time purchase. The price and what it includes are always shown before you pay, and nothing is charged unless you choose to buy it. If you have not bought anything, there is nothing to refund.

Where to ask for a refund

  • If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store handles the refund. Use its "report a problem" or refund page, because we cannot see or reverse those payments.
  • If you bought on our website, write to privacy@breeze-stream.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us what you bought and when.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law. If you live in the EU or UK, you can normally withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask for a service to start straight away, you may lose that right once it has been fully provided, or you may owe a fair share for what you used before you withdrew. If a paid feature does not work as described, or we cannot provide it, you are entitled to have it fixed, to a price reduction, or to a refund as the law provides.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the store you bought it through, or by writing to us if you bought on our website. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing. Unless the law or a specific offer says otherwise, we do not refund part of a period you have already paid for.

Breeze never sells content

Breeze does not sell, resell or provide channels, films, series, playlists, subscriptions or streams, and nobody who sells those is acting for us. If someone asks you to pay "for Breeze", or says they can give you content "through Breeze", it is not us. Please do not pay them, and tell us at privacy@breeze-stream.com.

Things you pay for elsewhere

People often pay other companies to use with Breeze. Those payments are between you and them, we receive none of that money, and we cannot give refunds for them or see your orders:

  • IPTV or streaming subscriptions and playlists: ask the provider you bought from, and read their refund terms before you buy.
  • Add-on services, VPNs and hosting for a streaming server: ask the company that charged you.
  • Devices and anything bought from a retailer: ask the retailer.
