Terms of use
Agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and the maker of Breeze ("we", "us") for using the Breeze app and, if you choose to create one, a Breeze account. By using Breeze you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 16, or the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
What Breeze is
Breeze is a media player. It plays video from sources that you add yourself, such as an IPTV provider you subscribe to or add-ons you install. Breeze does not host, store, upload, supply, sell, index or distribute any channels, films, series, playlists or streams, and it comes with none.
Breeze is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any IPTV provider, playlist, add-on, or other app. Any product names or trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
Your licence to use Breeze
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Breeze on your own devices for your own non-commercial use. Breeze and its design, name and logo remain ours.
- Do not copy, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute Breeze, or offer it as part of a paid service or bundle.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or alter Breeze except where the law expressly allows it despite this term.
- Do not remove notices, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we approve of you or your service.
Your sources and your responsibility
You decide what to connect to Breeze, and you alone are responsible for it. That includes making sure you have the right to access and play it, that it is lawful where you live, and that you follow the terms of the service it comes from.
We do not control, check or monitor third-party sources, and we are not responsible for their content, quality, legality, availability or conduct, or for anything you watch, download or record with Breeze.
- Do not use Breeze to access, copy or share content you have no right to.
- Downloads and recordings are for your own private use on your own device.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use Breeze to harass or harm others.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape or try to gain unauthorised access to our servers, other users' accounts, or anyone else's systems.
- Do not get around limits, security measures or parental controls, or help others to.
- Do not use Breeze to sell or provide access to content, and do not claim that Breeze provides or sells any.
Your account
You need a Breeze account to use the app. Give us a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Your synced sources are encrypted with a key derived from your password, so if you forget the password we cannot recover them. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Third-party services and add-ons
Breeze works with services we do not run (for example IPTV providers, add-ons, subtitle and artwork services). They have their own terms and privacy policies, can change or stop at any time, and are not our responsibility. Features that depend on them may stop working without notice.
Copyright and complaints
Breeze does not host or control content, so we cannot remove content from a third-party source. If you believe content is infringing your rights, please contact the service that hosts it. If you believe Breeze itself infringes your rights, write to the address below with enough detail for us to look into it, and we will respond promptly.
Plans, prices and payment
Breeze may offer some features for free and others as part of a paid plan or purchase. The price, what it includes, and how long it lasts are always shown before you pay. A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time; it then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are taken by the app store you buy through, or by our payment provider on this website. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Which features are free and which are paid can change over time. If a feature you rely on moves to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing to buy it.
No promises about sources or uptime
Except for what the law gives you as a consumer, Breeze is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for any particular purpose, or that any source will work with it. We may change, pause or discontinue features, the account service, or the app itself, and where you have paid for something we affected, we will make it right as described in the refund policy.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or anything arising from third-party sources, add-ons, providers or the content you choose to use, and our total liability for any claim relating to Breeze is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we will tell you in the app first, and continuing to use Breeze afterwards means you accept them. You can stop using Breeze at any time by uninstalling it, and delete your account first if you have one. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Please contact us first and we will do our best to sort any problem out informally.
